It is specially designed for flat sheets including steel sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel plates, galvanized sheets, stone slabs, plastic panels and decorative wood boards. Widely used in sheet metal workshops, stainless steel processing plants, stone factories and door & curtain wall factories. Not suitable for coils, small scraps or irregular special-shaped workpieces.

Electric drawer racks require manual forklift or vacuum lifter operation with single-layer pull-out. This automated warehouse is equipped with intelligent stacker crane for fully automatic inbound & outbound without staff entering the storage area. It can connect with vacuum manipulators and AGVs to realize unmanned storage, featuring more layers and higher storage density, ideal for large-scale factories with mass production and 24-hour continuous processing.

Standard single location load capacity optional: 2T / 3T / 5T. The whole warehouse can be customized according to height and columns with total storage load from 10T to 200T. Thickened supporting plates and reinforced stacker structure can be customized for heavy stone slabs and thick steel plates.

Standard for 1220*2440mm and 1500*3000mm sheets, custom length & width available. Standard warehouse height ranges from 3m to 12m, extra high structure is customizable for workshops with sufficient ceiling height to maximize vertical space utilization.

How fast is the stacker crane? What about inbound & outbound efficiency?
The stacker adopts triple frequency conversion speed regulation for traveling, lifting and picking with stable low-noise operation. Single access cycle takes 20-60 seconds. Priority outbound and batch outbound tasks are supported, improving efficiency by 3-8 times compared with manual access of traditional racks, matching continuous sheet supply for production lines.

Will the stacker scratch or bump sheets during access?
Anti-slip buffer mats are laid on each storage location, and the stacker forks are equipped with flexible rubber strips. The system realizes precise positioning with slow deceleration when picking & placing sheets, plus anti-collision photoelectric sensors to avoid surface scratches and edge impact damage.
