1. Connect 1 row of MK bracing brackets at the inside of columns positioned at ends,meanwhile connect 2 rows of brackets at both sides of columns in intermediate, as shown.
2. Position the column (1) vertically. Position the column (1) into the fixing MK base, as shown. Connect the column and the base with M20x40 bolts (7). Fastening the other M20x40 bolts (7) on the base. Recommended torque: 86~103N.M
3. The standard composition of the verticalbracing, after it has been fastened to thecolumns, is as shown in the illustration.
4. The bases must be leveled with metal leveling plates if necessary. Then, fully tighten the M20x40 bolts(7) on the base front as indicated in step 2. Using the drill-holes in the bases for fastening them tothe floor use a 014 bit and drill a hole with a minimum depth of 100 mm. Remove the drilling remains and carefully hammer in the fastening M10x160 anchors(11)Firmly bolt the fastening plate in place. Recommended torque: 50 MN
5. The arm (12)is fastened to the column(1) using safety pins Ñ„29x140(13). Fit the arms (11) according to the heights and distribution shown on the corresponding project drawing, where applicable.
6. Finally, the completed structure should look like the illustration.

Does Jracking have MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, but good quantity comes with good price. We recommend the order quantity for regular products of Jracking to fit at least one 20ft. container, which is about 15 tons.

How does Jracking charge tooling fee (cost of opening new mold)?
For the production of necessary tooling requirement, Jracking charges the cost before the first order for opening new mold, and the cost will be partially or fully refunded after certain quantity of orders.
