Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We are a manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
Where is your factory located and can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
What is your delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
How can I install the pallet racks?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, we can also provide engineer guidance to support you.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright frame. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, and an add-on rack is the extension rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks in a connected line, the setup consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
