Products Description
Pallet flow racking is also called gravity flow racking or live rack. Below information may help you better understand the pallet flow racking and may eliminate your doubt.
1. Main and Optional Parts
Main parts: Upright frame, beam, spacer, roller, damper, separator, roller support rail, rail tie pallet guide plate.
Optional parts: Frame protector, upright protector, forklift stopper.
2. Speed Control Mechanism
The speed is controlled by the damper. When the speed is faster than needed, fasten the damper screw, then you will get the suitable speed.
3. Load Capacity
Usually the load for one pallet is within 1500 kgs.
4. Tracking & Alignment
Will the pallet deflect when it flows down? No, it will not. Proper debugging will eliminate the situation.
5. Length Capabilities
For the time being, the longest we did is 20m. If you need longer, we can engineer custom solutions without issue.

Steel and plastic pallets suit better; wooden pallets are also acceptable. The pallet base should easily flow down without obstruction.

The primary raw material we choose is high-grade Q235 steel for maximum structural integrity.
Q4 What is the export packaging standard?
Standard export package. All parts are secured by steel banding and wrapped in protective plastic film to prevent transit damage.
Q5 What are the terms of payment and shipment ports?
Payment is processed via T/T. The standard loading ports used are Nanjing or Shanghai Port.
Q6 What is your typical delivery lead time and sample policy?
Lead time normally takes 15 to 30 days after receipt of deposit, depending on order size. Short sections of samples are provided free of charge, with courier shipping costs borne by clients.
