Typical ocean transit is 30–45 days depending on the route, and every load plan is optimized to maximize container utilization while protecting the powder-coated finish.

Can your racking be engineered for seismic zones in Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia?

Yes. Our engineers include the seismic parameters supplied by your project in the structural calculation and upgrade base plates, anchors, bracing and beam connectors accordingly. We recommend final verification by a local licensed engineer against the applicable national code, such as NCh 433 / NCh 2369 in Chile, E.030 in Peru or NSR-10 in Colombia.

What is the typical production lead time?

With a monthly capacity of 30,000 tons, most standard racking orders are produced within 2–4 weeks after drawing approval. Large mezzanine or high-bay projects are scheduled in phased batches to match your construction timeline.

How is installation handled for projects in South America?

Every shipment includes numbered components, installation drawings and assembly manuals. Our team provides remote video guidance for local installers, and on-site supervision can be arranged for larger or more complex projects.

How do you protect racking in humid tropical or coastal warehouses?

All steel goes through pickling, phosphating and electrostatic powder coating. For cold storage, coastal or high-humidity locations such as northern Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador, galvanized components and enhanced coating specifications are available on request.

What information do you need to design my warehouse layout?

Please share your warehouse floor plan, clear ceiling height, pallet or carton dimensions, load per pallet, forklift type and lift height, number of SKUs, inventory rotation method (FIFO or LIFO) and the seismic zone of the site. Our engineers then prepare a free 3D layout and CAD drawing.

Flow-through Racking relies on the weight of the goods to achieve first-in first-out. It is installed with a certain slope between the front and rear beams, forming a plurality of parallel slides. Separating rods or dividing plates can be set between the slideway to facilitate the guidance of the goods when they slide down.
