Atlas Metal is a division in China of Atlas Industrial Group Limited focused exclusively on custom metal fabrication. Atlas Metal operates two metal-making facilities in Hangzhou (located 200km from Shanghai seaport) and one tooling & mould factory in Xiangshan (adjacent to Ningbo seaport).
Atlas Metal is capable of supplying a wide variety of small and medium-sized customized metal parts covering CNC laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, tube/rod bending, steel structure fabrication, welding, and CNC machining services. Packaging & Shipping
We pack strictly in accordance with customers' specific instructions, including custom retail packaging when required.
By default, components are individually packed in poly bags, packed into secure cartons, and loaded onto stable pallets. Maximum gross weight per carton does not exceed 22KG. Standard pallet footprints follow 120cm × 80cm (European standard) or 42" × 42" (US standard).
All packaging is fully seaworthy and export-grade. Wooden packaging materials undergo standard heat treatment/steaming with formal stamping and certification by CCIB.
