Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
What is your delivery lead time?
In general, orders are fulfilled within 15 days. Delivery schedules may also vary based on order volume and custom racking designs.
How are the storage racks installed?
We provide clear, detailed installation instructions for every type of shelving. On-demand engineering support and guidance are also available free of charge.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The main difference lies in the upright design: a main rack functions as a standalone starter unit with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack connects directly to save space and cost using only 1 upright. For instance, an interconnected 15-bay rack run utilizes 1 main rack paired with 14 add-on racks.
What materials do you use, and can you build customized designs?
Yes, customized OEM/ODM fabrication is our specialty. While our storage systems primarily utilize cold-rolled steel, we also manufacture display fixtures incorporating wood, titanium alloy, acrylic, and tempered glass to match project specifications.
